Specialised in brick & masonry restoration and damp proofing. - Damp assessment/surveys at £89 per survey with a full written report. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Paint removal - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.
Marcus was knowledgeable about the property and what was needed. His quote was also very reasonable. We will definitely be using this company for the work we need.

The communication over the job was good as was the cleanup and working practices. They gave a quote and stuck to it. Unlike some who give an "estimate" that just grows! Vern was very professional and did a great job on my damp proofing work, he plastered the whole wall after the work so there wasn't a distinctive line and also replaced my skirting board with new skirting. Overall very impressed with the work and will be using HM Building again for other building work needed!
