But most of all an excellent carpenter who did a first rate job with our loft and also dealt with our many requests and amendments with patience and professionalism. Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Right from meeting karl he has listened he has gone above and beyond he's given great advice with materials and ideas to make my bathroom refurb even better than originally expected well within budget. Halfway through the work in hand I enquired whether he would have the time to do a few minor bits around my kitchen which he allowed time for working full days no breaks only having drinks no breaks. On doing repairs in kitchen alerted me to a gas leak in my kitchen and hallway. 14 hours to clear escaped gas.

Gavin was very easy going and nice. he managed to fit me in as soon as i needed. Fitted the door very well and also cleaned up after himself. His work is very neat. Hopefully we can have him back for more door fittings.
