The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. Hired them for chimney pointing and lead flashing repair. Arrived late after initial payment and did a substandard job, failing to meet my clearly defined requirements. Returned to fix it, but still not up to standard. I requested an invoice, which James promised to send upon final payment, but never received it despite multiple reminders. The work felt like a patchwork job rather than a professional repair. Poor communication and quality—would not hire again and can share pictures of their work if needed.
