I required some maintenance work on my roof membrane, and John & Cameron crew came to assess the situation. He identified that the battens needed replacing along with additional rotted areas. He completed the job promptly and at a reasonable cost. Thanks again—I'll definitely use your services in the future.

James and his team did a fantastic job with repairing my internal door and bathroom door. They provided me with an understanding of what needed to be done to fix the problem and repaired both my doors to a professional standard and also cleaned up any mess left behind. Lee turned up to quote for the work when he said he would. New roof fitted in less than 3 days, but a week later than I had originally been expecting due to the UK weather. Would definitely use again.

What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Communication was positive throughout the job and the sharing of design ideas and their experience was essential to achieve the results we wanted. Would highly recommend and use their services again in the future.

Really happy with the job that Mark carried out. I was expecting to have to replace the gate post and he has made good the damage and looks great. He persevered with the bad weather and kept me regularly updated on when he could get the work done.

We accepted a quote, seemed really friendly to deal with, but then failed to respond to further communication. The job was never started. First experience of Rated People so was sceptical about using again.

Unreliable and a time waster. Did not meet his commitment. Gave him the job but in the end he just was not interested. Should have said that in the beginning. Talks a good talk but in the end a £1600 job was below him.

I had a backyard full of rubbish & kept adding to it so that i could get rid of a lot of household waste. I spoke to Darren who was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. On the day of the job Nick and Danny arrived and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing was too much to ask and they were really lovely and helpful guys. I also had my backyard jet washed. I'd definitely recommend and I'll certainly be using them again.

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.
