We had 25 fence panels including concrete posts and gravel boards fitted.The work was completed within the timescale indicated on the quotation and started on time. Andy communicated well via emails and telephone calls during the quotation period and was happy to re-quote on two occasions when we changed our specification of fence. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
