After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

I am new to Rated People, however I have 7 years experience in the building trade,
I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.
