Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

Pleasant polite and down to earth, came when he said he would, completed the job in the time he said, wasn't too painful on the pocket and didn't charge a penny more than he quoted, as a single woman dealing with male tradesman I felt comfortable that's a big plus, thanks again Tom

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.

I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. From initial point of contact to completion of the project I was delighted to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. I found R.A builders very helpful. Richard showed up exactly when he said he would and carried out the work in a very professional manner, leaving a very tidy working area. He provided all materials and work was carried out quickly. Richard obviously takes pride in his work as although this was just a quick rebuild he was very precise about what he was doing leaving the rough blocks neatly finished. This was the first time R A builders had done work for us but they will certainly be getting first shout on any future work. Thanks for making this a very easy experience for us, I would certainly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a builder.

Tree was trimmed in line with our request, they also sealed the cut areas and trimmed additional dead/redundant branches at no extra cost. Left work site spotless, was very impressed with the professionalism.
