We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. I put an ad for a roof leak on the 26/ 9/22 . I was told what the problem was. Quoted £450. Got charged£600. Waited for it to dry out. No it was the same.called out again and paid another £200. Waited again to dry out. Last month we’ve took the tiles off the wall,during the rain I watched the rain run down the internal brick work . let him know . contacted my insurance. From my insurance I’ve found out I have not had the flaunching repaired (I’ve paid for that.) Today is wed 22 March . No contact.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
