Only negative was it took 2wks to receive invoice/guarantee, during which time I was worringly unable to reach Tom - he advised this was due to a family emergency

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues.
