I needed to arrange some roof repair's remotely for my elderly parents, in a way that didn't cause them to worry unnecessarily. I never met Shane of SL Building Services, only spoke to him on the phone, but he managed the process in a way that more than sufficiently allowed for the work to be completed in a way that gave confidence to all. My parents didn't worry and the roof is fixed!

Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.
