My Name is John and although new to Rated People, I have over 40 years experience in the electrical & building trade. I am a NICEIC approved contractor which includes Part P registration. For the last 15 years part of my work includes The Lord Mayor of Portsmouth Coronation Homes, which is an over 60s complex of over 70 dwellings. I carry out all electrical work and renovations. I am hardworking and reliable. My big ambition is to make everyone aware of Smoke Alarms and RCD Safety Fuse Boards as my customers safety is paramount.

Unbeatable I found quay builders via a google search and liked the work I see on his website. Christian and his grandfather. Designed and completed built in wardrobes, storage, and a computer desk in my loft. Literally can not recommend him enough. Really quick at what he does to a very high standard. Prices certainly unbeatable. Would not hesitate to have Christian back to do more work in my home. Very genuine guy. You will not be disappointed.

We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . These guys were really fab.. communication from Michael (the boss) was excellent and while only small-ish jobs the whole thing from quotation to completion in a week. Chris was great at keeping me updated as the work progressed and so reliable. If he said he’d arrive at 8 that’s when he arrived. Will be using these guys again. Thank you so much guys
