One of the door was not delivered and then he raised his fees nearly 60% and then his fees for the change of kitchen doors unit from £200 to £700 and he put me in a difficult situation as it's hard to find someone to complete the job. He was so dishonest.

Of course you dont dare to clarify why my review "is wide of the mark" - because this is a nonsense statement. You lied about parking and did a runner - simple. Obviously you have no intention of coming back after walking out to "park" and then immediately blocking me on whatsapp for no fault of my own. Victor and his team did a great job with fitting the electrics in the kitchen and plasterboarding the kitchen. They left the place clean and was reasonable with the price. I will certainly use them again.

Had work done from this trade person. tiles had movement after 6 months start to crack had a professional to come rectify work. Tiles was installed not correctly. Adhesive blobbled on to tiles not even spread evenly!

Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!

The guys were nice and helpful. The interior job was done well however the exterior was covered in white sealant so having to wire brush the brickwork now to take the excess off the bricks as it looks really messy. They don't seem to approve of cement

I asked this person to rebuild a damaged bin container just like the one next to it. He gave me an acceptable quote and I was paying for materials. The adjoining bin was made from 3/4 ply and he used 1/4 inch MDF that began to dissolve with the first rain. He accused me of sabotaging his work and even suggested somebody had jumped on it! In our subsequent text exchange he even used the F word. I’m now having to have the whole job redone. His skills appear to be limited and he has a short temper.
