Since 2003, I have had a passion for two different sectors of work. The majority of my workload has been within aviation; the other in property maintenance. This has given me the best of both worlds; my passion for flying and getting my hands dirty. However, in February ‘19 I was made redundant from my aviation job which has allowed me to take on my trade full-time. Over the last 15years I have had involvement with a variety of domestic projects ranging from a simple tap change, tenancy repairs, to a full house renovation. I have also been involved with retail construction and development; refitting of supermarkets, hotels and offices. I now enjoy working for myself and I always ensure I do a great job for the people I meet. I am a reliable individual who is honest and trustworthy. I take huge pride in my work; if it’s not right, I’ll make it right to ensure you are happy with the work carried out. Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. Very professional and friendly service , because of the standard of the work done we have used Chris & Will to paint throughout our house . We are due to have our hall, stairs and landing done next and looking forward to bringing that up to the standard of the other rooms done by them. They clear up very thoroughly at the end of a job and their rates are very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.
