We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. From start to finish J.A.M were professional and adaptable to our changing design ideas. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.

Great service, Desmond attempted to fix my hot water control. On inspection he advised the unit was likely damaged and then advised me on multiple options including replacement. He was transparent on the pricing and communicated everything really well. Great service great guy!

Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

Adam is a top star floor specialist. He did excellent job with replacing my 2 bed house flooring with laminate as you can see from photos posted. He pricing is very reasonably. I will highly recommend him to anyone wishing to do their flooring.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

I used 'Rated People' for the first time for a replacement fence job on Sat 24th March 2019. . Kris was very good in responding quickly to my request. He is very reliable visited the property very quickly to provide a quote and started the work on time. The standard of work is very good, and the room was vacuumed before he left. The cost of the job was within my budget. And very reasonable Mason is very reliable, he arranged times to be with me, texted me to let me know when he was on his way. I found Mason to be very friendly, polite and helpful, and will definetly be recommending him to others and will no doubt contact him again when i need something doing around the house
