Arek and his team have been fantastic from start to finish. Arek was quick to respond, visit and provide a competitive quote, He put us at ease on the first visit and remained visible and offered us advice and support throughout the project. This was greatly appreciated. The team were professional and trustworthy, and we are very happy with the floor and the quality of their work. I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.
