I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

Matt gave us a detailed estimate and set out his terms clearly. He was polite and professional and carried out the refurb of our cloakroom to a good standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. We can't rate the value as we have little experience of stone masons- it seemed reasonable. He was very helpful and we were grateful that he fitted our job in when we needed it doing fairly urgently. There was some misunderstanding about the colour of the mortar used, but we can live with it. Would recommend him.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
