Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. If you don’t see a photo of a job your asking for, feel free to contact me and I’m sure I will be able to show you examples of my work in that area. Friendly team of lads aging between 18 and 66! We recently made a moved into a property in Bredbury. As the property required some rooms to be plastered we looked at Rated People to find a plasterer in the area. We found Darren McConnel who had very good ratings, so we agree a very reasonable price to plaster our kitchen. The work was done to our complete satisfaction so we agree to have another room plastered. I would certainly recommend Darren, his work is to a very high standard, he is very reliable and left the property clean and tidy.

Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.
