My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Ben did a top notch job, professional in his approach when quoting for the work, wasn't the cheapest but felt given the amount of monies we were planning on spending we could count on him to deliver on his word, did a great job, nothing too much trouble and the wife loves the window surrounds which we paid a little extra for but were executed to perfection, overall Ben has done a great job, would recommend him to anyone and will be having him back to do the hall next year, thanks John Fern
