I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. A fantastic experience from start to finish! I had been let down by a local tradesman. I entered some details on here & received a response from Lukas within 5 mins Lukas arrived promptly & provided a quote which I had no hesitation in accepting Lukas offered advice on which materials to use and I was really impressed by Lukas. Craig gave an excellent and professional service. He patch up our walls, boarded the ceiling, skimmed the lot and charged what he quoted, which was a very competitive price. He was on time and kept me informed of the progress throughout. We were so impressed we invited him back to do our kitchen, which we were equally impressed with. He even came back the following day and plaster a separate area free of charge! Totally unexpected. A very happy customer. Cannot recommend enough. A good guy all round.

I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous.
