I am a small run company with a range of skills from garden maintinace to hard landscaping, fencing, patios, turfing, brick walls, rendering and much more, I am also a qualified plasterer. I am very punchal and reliable.
The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
