They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

I have been Decorating since undertaking an apprenticeship 20 years ago, I now own and run D.W Decorating. We engage in all aspects of Decorating, including; residential, commercial, industrial, insurance work, new build's and redec's to a high standard.
I was very happy with the work that Daniel did for me. It was reasonably priced and the quality was very good. I felt comfortable leaving him to get on with the job and he cleaned up properly when he had finished. I would recommend him to friends and family and have already arranged to have him come back to do some more work for me next month.
