I have to say there work is top class very reliable and ready to help where ever they can. had an extra bit of work and they did it with no fuss. After every day the house was cleaned and tidied. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
Initially a very prompt response, very tidy as the works proceeded and delivered a high quality of workmanship. Really pleased with the finished works and further advice given on following trades. Thank You.
Calin did an excellent replacing our bathroom suite as well as tiling new floor and decorating the bathroom .. He also replaced our shower in the en-suite and did a perfect job as well as replacing new flooring tiling and completely decorating the en-suite .. All his work is a very standard and he is very respectful of your home and leaves everything spotless clean afterwards .. highly recommended by me
