I was very impressed with Anthony and this company. He identified the problem immediately and quickly took steps to arrange a builder to fix it. I was pleased to be given a clear final price and really appreciated being kept up to date every step of the way. The work was carried out efficiently and all mess was cleared away. I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. Seemed good at the time, but all the paint started to peel off in the bedroom and all over the living room ceiling. First signs 1 year in and now in 2021 we’re having to pay to have it all done again.
