Hard working tradesman with 15 years experince
I hired Laurence and his team for external painting of my house and an alley way. The work was carried out by Laurence and Monty. They were extremely polite, very hard working and meticulous in their job. Laurence and Monty completely transformed my house. Their attention to detail was perfect. Laurence took extra effort to make sure that everything is done to a very high standard. They arrived on time, kept me updated with the progress and cleaned after finishing their work. Qualified construction tutor in Painting & Decorating and I cover interior and exterior work. Projects I’ve worked on are shopping malls, football stadiums, celebrity houses, social housing. Feedback on my builder site is 100% see photos on there, Facebook & Instagram. Also spraying of kitchen and furniture services offered Spray Plastering service benefits are: creates no mess, dries white, dries within 1-2 days then can be painted, it can be sanded, it likes heat so no need to turn heating off, a lot faster process than the other type of plaster.

Dean was knowledgeable and suggested different solutions - quoted each with relevant pricing , giving us the option to choose. Communication was excellent - Dean informed us in advance of each step of the job , which was done efficiently and quickly. All in all a first class job . We would definitely use Dean again, and recommend him highly .
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. We needed a bathroom ceiling repaired and plastered quickly. Ian was very prompt in quoting vert competitively and we engaged him. He worked very well, very tidy (lots of protective coverings on the floor etc). Did the bond coat, and returned next day to skim - it looks really great. Well done, and would certainly recommend him.
