I cannot recommend Grigore and his team highly enough. After a long-term tenant left my property in a terrible state, I urgently needed a builder who could work quickly and efficiently to bring the house back up to a high standard and minimize void periods. Did not use rated people in the end as this contractor was the only one to get back to me out of the three given and to give me a quote. He was quick and helpful and looked at the painting job via What's app video. I prefer to see a tradesperson in real life first so went to checkatrade but I would recommend this company if you want quick and clear quotes without further hassle

Excellent plasterer and renovator. Years of experience in all aspects of building works. Confident and competent to transform any property. Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. Of course there are Exceptions for different jobs. Thank you very much for reading have a fabulous day.

Daniel & his mate made an excellent job of removing & replacing the plasterboard ceiling in my kitchen & repairing damaged plaster on the walls/skimming one wall. They got on with the job & finished within the timescale quoted. The price for the job was very competitive & reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend these tradesmen & would definitely employ them again in the future.
