Leroy & his brother Archie are what I would call "old school" Caribbean chaps who operate with a basic instinct for a job properly & well done! Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

Sebastien and his colleague came and definitely delivered! They cleared my garden from all the weed, overgrown grass and thornbushes so well I forgot how big my garden was. Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. Completed the plastering and skimming in one day, came back the following day and put the coving up. Did a fantastic job would definitely recommend.
Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
