This was quite a tricky job. Steve decided to replace the damaged/badly fitted tiles rather than replace the whole lot. He removed a number of tiles and laid and “grouted in” plain and bullnose replacement quarry tiles on horizontal and vertical surfaces. I provided all materials. The work was finished to a good standard and at a reasonable cost.

The tradesman arranged to come then cancelled then cancelled again. So didn’t even get a quote .

This Contractor was very efficient and completed the job to an exceptionally high standard turning my kitchen lighting to another level of luminosity. He cleaned up everything after the job was completed and would highly recommended Jack to anybody requiring some electrical work in your property.

We highly recommend MWM Builders. We had various jobs carried out including repairs to a slate roof, repointing and internal repairs and plastering. They were reliable, efficient and left no mess behind at all.

Early Communication wasn't great. Failed to mention that job only done Evenings & Weekends as in full time work - Only advised after old suite removed. Quality of work was good but finishing touches let him down a bit. Had to wash off tile adhesive from ceiling and paint it myself. Felt rushed towards end of job. Initially said rubbish would be cleared - half way through job advised he could find someone to clear it but would be extra fee!

had to return to the job twice. nice guy and turned up on time. returned even after being paid to put the job right. shame it wasnt right first or second time.
