John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. The finish layer was very smooth and professional. Steve works to a standard and didn’t rush the job. Steve was very communicative through out and happy to discuss any issues and offer advice. Highly recommended 5 Star

Jamie was friendly and professional. His price was excellent and the quality of his work was even better than I had expected. He arrived on time, put in a full day's work, finished on time and cleared up afterwards. I would definitely use him again and I cannot recommend him too highly.

Dominik is a fantastic tradesman. His pricing was fair and the quality of his workmanship was second to none. We used him to replace carpets with solid oak flooring and we were more than impressed with the professional finish. With his expertise in this area he was able to advise us about different fitting methods and nothing was too much trouble. Dominik was also reliable and very hardworking. We will recommend him to anyone and will use him again.
