Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

Really happy. Good quote, sound advice, excellent communication. All in all an extremely professional service from honest, considerate and reliable tradesmen. John was fantastic when we had to delay the work for a few months and even kept to his original quote. The work done was to a very high standard and I couldn't be happier. Steve is really good at what he does. Reasonably priced, quick and good quality. He is also very helpful and gave good advice on other issues I faced. I will be using him again next year when I tackle some more rooms in the house.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Have not decided whether to go ahead with our building works yet, but had to rate Craig's professionalism and help in advising on our damp walls and providing a quote that meets our needs should we decide to proceed at a later date.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Absolutely fantastic service. Russ came to fit 4 lights for me, he arrived on time, carried out the work safely and was very knowledgeable with his work which was of a very high standard. In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
