My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Had to come out to us twice as the problem turned out to be in our neighbour's drain, but still only charged for one visit. Very reasonable.

External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. The finish layer was very smooth and professional. Steve works to a standard and didn’t rush the job. Steve was very communicative through out and happy to discuss any issues and offer advice. He arrived when he said he would on the two mornings; quoted fairly (reducing the price when the job was, in the end, smaller); cleared up and cleaned up afterwards - all in all highly recommended, I would certainly call him again. The painter turned up in good time every day, worked at good speed and was very tidy. He even cleaned up previous mistakes (paint on woodwork etc.). The job was done well and was great value for money. Would definately use this form again and would highly recommend.
