Octavian was a professional and a lovely person to work with from start to finish. He explained everything thoroughly when giving the quote and was very good estimating the material costs. He worked to time and communicated everything clearly. He always was available when I wanted to see progress. Octavian and his colleague Florián completed work everyday and left the place clean and tidy. The plastering job was completed to a high standard and I would highly recommend him.

Dave came round viewed what had to be done, he then sent me a quote and start date which I accepted and he showed up on the day and started the job. He has done a really good job rendering the walls and would recomend him to anyone needing rendering. Note, he is not a rip off merchant like some Ive come accross

Adrian did an amazing job rendering my house which had terrible pebble dash all around.  The house has now been completely transformed with an absolute perfect monocouche render finish, which is why I would highly recommend him for his brilliant rendering talent. Artur of Max Art was very professional and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for him, moving furniture, masking etc. even coming back to check his work after the paint had dried. DB Building Conservation specialises in the use of lime plasters for the repair of listed and period buildings. We are period property experts. We have extensive experience of lime plastering, render and traditional materials such as lath and plaster and wattle and daub. We also undertake repointing and wall repairs with flint and clunch. I have an MSc in Building Conservation and can advise on many aspects of the care and renewal of traditional buildings whether listed or not. Issues such as damp and insulation in old properties are a speciality. We can also recommend and liaise with other tradespeople who are qualified to repair historic timber, brick and stone. We have a detailed knowledge of regulations as they apply to Listed Buildings and have long experience of guiding owners through the process of obtaining listed building consent. Dan did such a great job with our 17th century lime wall. Painstakingly removing the modern repair without damaging the surrounding plaster and then re-lathing and finishing with lime plaster. You can hardly see where the repair is even though we didn't skim the whole wall to preserve wall paintings. Very clean and tidy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, highly recommended.
