Shane and his guys did a fantastic job. they were on time every day, kept me well informed as to progress and were able to bend their timescales on the job around my other contractors. they left everything neat and tidy each day and after the job was complete. Would not hesitate to use again!!

The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Came along quickly to complete the job, which we are very pleased with. In fact he managed to get the job done quicker than expected. The nice smooth ceilings look so much better than the previous silk painted artex, and a difficult job was made easy with his expertese. We will be using him again to do the other ceilings in the near future. The price was reasonable and he was pleasant and polite.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Really pleased with work done by George and his team. Fitted new wood flooring to our living room, conservatory and entrance hall, also tiled our porch. The guys worked hard all day and got everything done. Would thoroughly recommend.
