The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
After many years of working in the field of construction, we decided to operate as a fully insured company. We focused our activities exclusively on renovating the kitchen and bathroom. Our professional staff love to solve problems and pay close attention to details. Do not worry about Tiling, electrical, and plumbing issues. We will take care of it, we also provide floorings like laminate or tiles.
I had Howden's kitchen cabinets installed by Ali and Naveed & I couldn't be happier with the result. Pricing was reasonable & they worked meticulously without rushing, ensuring nothing was damaged. They paid great attention to detail as if they were working on their own homes. Despite the wall being uneven, they expertly adjusted the units around the American fridge. They even created an additional cabinet from the leftovers. Such great engineers! I highly recommend their services!
