I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. We used jps plastering (James) to have our refurb property's artex walls prepared & skimmed over. James did an amazing job, the finished walls are faultless and look amazing now they're dry and painted. James was well priced, very polite, arrived on time everyday, worked hard all day, and he even cleaned up before leaving. We will certainly be using James again on our next property refurb.
