We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. This company did not finish job, left huge mess, did damage. Grossly overcharged, left misspelt invoice. 2 hours after doing half day instead of full, man rang me demanding his money "as needed to buy materials for next job" - but only 1/2 did mine. I did not pay £670 he again demanded for FIVE HOURS. He also "mislaid" my summerhouse key, new lock now installed after 38 years of use of "lost" one. He is untrustworthy and frightened disabled 83 year old widow. He should be struck off your list.

There was no side entrance so the whole lot had to be taken through the house.
