Had Ryan and his team do some repointing and rebuilding of two old chimneys on a Victorian property as well as refitting a Velux window. Great bunch of lads who did a great job. Very polite (and diplomatic with our neighbour). Ryan ensured everything ran to plan (despite one or two unavoidable hitches), nothing being too much trouble. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
