He alone left brochures for my perusal, giving me the largest choice possible for both paving & fencing. He provided quotations as & when required, was punctual & extremely hard-working along with his colleague Tam. The work took 2 days longer than expected though the cost remained as estimated. Prompt response to my ad and offered an early start date however we decided to not proceed as the estimate for the unseen job was higher than we had expected so decided to defer whilst we gained a better sense of the time and cost involved realising we may ultimately have to do the job ourselves.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately after coming out and giving me a quote. Which we later agreed a slightly lower price on. Then never showed up to do the work. (Now a week later) Not even a courtesy text message to let me know.
Fence posts turned out not to be dug deep enough resulting in fence blowing down. John Paul arranged to repair then did not turn up and did not answer texts and calls. I am left with no fence and garden completely exposed to public footpath.
