SOME of the work was excellent - in particular the resurfacing of my garden with slate chip looks very nice BUT the felt peeled off the shed roof very quickly and I haven't been able to get him to make good the work :-( hr has offered a partial refund but that just dumps the problem back in my lap :-(

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

Karl came round the day after I spoke to him on the phone.Having already seen other workmen and received quotes I was happy with Karl's quote and he arrived the following day with his plasterer to complete the work.Very polite and professional and good quality result.Karl even came and sorted out a plumbing problem for me the next day as he was in the area.I would definitely use this company again!
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

William and his sons built a new fence and replaced our patio. They are very hard working and friendly. and dealt well with our difficult neighbour! Would recommend Pro-build, Rick was reliable, always turning up when he said he would and put in a quick and acceptable quote. It was a small job but that didn't cause any issues and Rick was very flexible when I changed what I wanted doing. Happy with the end result and the problem has been fixed.
