They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.

He is punctual and polite; however, the quality of his work was poor. The brickwork contained significant gaps and required repointing. Additionally, there was an incomplete section at one end of the wall, missing both a brick and a coping stone. I asked that he address these issues, and he agreed to do so. However, it has been 20 days since his last message and since he briefly returned to collect his tools. Which leads me to believe he had no intention of fixing his faults. I have since fixed them myself.

We hired Bogdan and his son to assemble and move some furniture. They did an absolutely fantastic job with the most impressive attitude! We immediately hired them for more work and then twice again. Every time every single thing was impeccable. We were also very impressed how both of them showed a lot of care for our property and made very sensible suggestions for improvements which we have now successfully implemented. ??????????

Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. They were there every morning when they said they would turn up, everything was explained as it went along. Cleaned up every night.we cant recommend B&M Plastics enough. They were brilliant. Only builders we would ever use now if we needed work doing. A massive thank you to all that worked on our dining room and garden.

Michael had contacted me on the day I posted the jobs and arranged a site visit the next day. Written quote was very reasonable and jobs were finished in a half day. Hard-working, good time-keepers, extremely polite, consulted me throughout the day, cleared up after - am really pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend this company.
