My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Overall I am very happy with his quality of work on competitive cost.

Excellent job from Joe and Andreas! They were very prompt, reliable and Joe advised if they were going to be delayed. Unlike a few other trades people I contacted for quotes who either did not respond or didnt keep the appointments we made. Joe and Andreas were able to do the work the very next day, their quote was a very reasonable price for the work and they were clean, tidy and very quick workers. willow brickwork I have been a qualified bricklayer for over 7 years with a level 3 NVQ. I also went to anglia Ruskin university and gained a foundation degree in construction management. I have worked on many different large and small sites with various different sub-contractor brick work companies. I still work for a large contractor company and and looking to take on other work on my weekends (work I quote on here I will only be able to complete on weekends) so I am looking to take on small brick work projects such as garden walls, brick sheds, brick barbecues etc. Work I can compete in a weekend. I pride myself on quality and neatness of work and to never leave a job until the customer is happy. Im always polite, tidy and try to keep any inconveniences to a minimum.
