Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

The company was professional, they turned up when they said and gave me a written estimate outlining what they would do. The price was good and they managed to carry-out the job the following week which was perfect. Despite it raining for most of the day they laid the turf and did a very good job and were tidy.
