Turned up exactly on time, worked quickly and efficiently, did exactly what we asked for and we got them back for couple more jobs. Both neighbours have now asked them about doing work for them.
Would recommend Pro-build, Rick was reliable, always turning up when he said he would and put in a quick and acceptable quote. It was a small job but that didn't cause any issues and Rick was very flexible when I changed what I wanted doing. Happy with the end result and the problem has been fixed. Would use again and recommend.

2 week job to lay a patio took 6 weeks. Poor weather was a factor but this ‘builder’ did not own a van or even a cement mixer so was regularly delayed waiting for deliveries. Main complaint is their failure to honour their guarantee to fix numerous paving slabs which became loose < 3 months after completion. If you have a choice go elsewhere.

We hired Bogdan and his son to assemble and move some furniture. They did an absolutely fantastic job with the most impressive attitude! We immediately hired them for more work and then twice again. Every time every single thing was impeccable. Nathan and his team did an outstanding job. We didn’t have drawings and they worked with us to design and build the rear extension and the result is more than we could have imagined. They also took care of all the liaising with building regs for us, which enabled good communication and prompt visits, and the work was certified. They are a family team and work to high standards. Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.
