Offering a wealth of property maintenance knowledge ranging from roofing to silicone installation. Fully trained in bricklaying/painting & decorating/project management among other things. All certification and insurance documents available if requested. I’m a fully established builder with a methodical attention to detail. I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property. I am literate in reading and running builds from architects drawings and can lay any type of drainage from engineers instructions.

Chris and Gavin are very hardworking, experienced and knowledgeable gardeners which is demonstrated by their excellent results. We hired them to re-landscape our garden and have continued to employ them to maintain our garden on a fortnightly basis. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

S&S plumbing services, 17 years experienced in plumbing and heating engineering, friendly and fair prices, customer service is up most importance to us, excellent communication and quick reply is the things we strive for, alway here to help in anyway we can, with grade A workmanship in any work carried out by S&S plumbing services. S&S also provide building services, over 40 years experience in building and maintenance, work include brickwork/ rendering/plastering/concrete floors/pades/bases/ electrical work across the board, from installing to pat tests, board change, etc. certificates and passes, qualifications in photo album for customers reassurance. S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. After this time scale, s.s Plumbuilds will not be obligated? or responsible, As this time scale is more than fair to reveal any issues. •NVQ level 1 & 2 in plumbing and heating •Unvented systems •Anglian water approved •gas certificate (currently expired) •Safety regs
