Solum have done a great job on our patio and on the artificial grass. Some extra finishing touches were added without change to the original quote. Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. His knowledge and contacts were invaluable and he managed this all. Always kept me aware of costs and timing. I would recommend him to anyone. Roy McAloon

I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property. I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. He communicated clearly and so there was no confusion with what the job involved and the final cost. He was also very nice to my dog. Thanks Andy.
