Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I am very happy with the work done. The job was more complicated than I had thought but Rob allowed for that in his estimate. He also redecorated the room afterwards. He was polite, friendly, and efficient, clearing up and restoring the room to its former state.
At present, our work is still in its early stages, rectifying 90 years worth of previously bodged jobs. The CBA Team have been excellent so far, they arrive on time, work hard and do things the right way. I will be using them again once this project completes.

Incredible work. Remek went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Initially this was only for the floor however he was able to also install a new kitchen from scratch. The attention to detail was incredible and the finished product was amazing. If you need someone who is reasonably priced, provides quality work and multi-skilled, I would highly recommend.

Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Overall I am very happy with his quality of work on competitive cost.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Mark was pleasant to deal with, honest, reliable and quoted a fair price. The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement. Unusual job, but I discussed it with Mark who was accommodating and completed a good job quickly and conveniently.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
Mike did some work replacing roof tiles for me. Great job done well, good communication leading up to the job, quote was spot on, arrived on time, did the job efficiently and left the work site clean and tidy. Would happily use him again.
