Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). Paul was hired to lay a brick fence and do front garden tiling. Three days later the columns collapsed. He returned and re-laid the piers, but one of them is still wobbly and needs repair. Tiles in the front garden were laid very carelessly and unprofessionally, some of them have come off, grouting was not done at all. All construction waste was left uncollected and the site after his work was left uncleaned. Got paid in full Paul GONE OFF and despite his promises he never came back to fix it.

Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!

Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. They also managed to rework all the ventilation and drainage pipes neatly and precisely, making sure everything was well-fitted and tidy. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and don’t
