NT design and build is a small building company with a workforce of all trades to carry out new builds extensions and home renovations. All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives

!st impressions were really good, as you would expect Neil was very knowledgeable about the process and products he was offering. Neil outlined in full every part of the build from start to finish and pointed out what was possible and what would need to be changed in the planning stages of the project. The build was undertaken in a timely manner with regular consultation between the site manager and myself to ensure build was completed properly, all initiated by the supervisor. Highly recommend this company

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
