We came across Nick and his team after we had been badly let down by a previous builder. He and his team finished the job (and provided an improved design) to an excellent standard and in a timely manner. Every discipline of tradesperson that attended our property were entirely professional and very pleasant to have around. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
