I can’t rate Andy highly enough. I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Arthur was the epitome of a professional. I’m a solo female buyer, a first time buyer and first time renovator so I was nervous that I would get taken advantage of.
