After waiting two years for the bloke to rectify my loose slabs I wouldn’t recommend this bloke to anybody . They became loose after nine months and after lots of promises to come back and do the job properly failed to do so.

Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). He made the effort to come when it was convenient for us and did the job as we wanted in the time that he said it would take, Overall I was very happy with the results and Theo was a friendly, helpful person. I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I

Eren arrived exactly when agreed (in fact 20min early). He and his team were friendly and polite and did a quick, competent job of clearing our gutters without any damage or problems (not that easy because our house is old and tile-hung), including cleaning up all the gutter debris that fell out of the gutters onto the patio and adding the garage gutters into the job for no extra charge. I would certainly use Eren and team again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. He cleaned the area after each day & all the residents thought he was pleasant & agreeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luke & his company. We will definitely use him again.
